Mabogo joins GU
Mpho ‘Jomo’ Mabogo and Gaborone United have agreed to terms and the player has put the pen on paper despite reports that he refused to join the club from Mochudi Centre Chiefs.

Jomo has seen little action since joining the former champions from BDF X1, finding himself down the perking order with Chiefs boosting a lot of very good talented attacking players.

The former national team player has now gone to look for greener pastures at GU, the team that might just be in need of him.

Moloi goes for trials in China
Mochudi Centre Chiefs and senior national team midfielder is set to leave for China on Friday to attend trials at the invitation of an unnamed team.

Chiefs’ spokesperson, Clifford Mogomotsi confirmed that their game against Boteti this past weekend would be the last before Moloi’s departure but could not confirm the duration of the trials.

Moloi has been linked with moves to a number of South African teams recently. He had a short stint in Cyprus a few years back.

Masuku linked with Motlakase move
Rumours has it that Ecco City Greens midfield-maestro, Master Masuku is nearing his move to Palapye giants Motlakase Power Dynamos.

Motlakase, like any other team in the premier league, wants to maintain its premier league status. If the Masuku deal goes through, he will undoubtedly prove to be one of the best signings for the team like he has done for his previous clubs.

Meanwhile, three of Motlakase’s new signings featured in the 0-3 loss to Township Rollers over the weekend. Former Ecco City Greens midfielder Tony Selala and former Jwaneng Comets and Zebras striker Barulaganyi ‘Jomo’ Bolofete started the match while Trevor Moiseraele came in the second half.

Arone Kale is being linked with a permanent move to struggling BMC as Mike Sithole vows to move the Lobatse side from the relegation zone. Kale has been on a loan spell with first division campaigners Miscellaneous from Mochudi Centre Chiefs.
