What About Smoking?

I did not welcome the news that a tax of 70% will be put on drinking, but I understand the reasoning behind it. What I don’t understand is why smoking has been left out when surely it is also responsible for just as many deaths and is also extremely antisocial. I would like to encourage the Government to take a much tougher stance on anti smoking and also target smoking for a 70% tax duty.
